Build & dispatch time
- Custom builds: assembled, cable-managed and stress-tested for 48 hours, then dispatched — typically [X–Y working days] after payment clears.
- Catalogue PCs & parts: usually dispatched within [N working days].
You get an email when your order ships. These are estimates; if we expect a real delay we will tell you.

On delivery
- Deliveries are made by [carrier] and usually need a signature.
- Check the outer box for transit damage before signing where you can. If it looks damaged, note it with the driver or refuse the parcel and email us the same day.
- Risk passes to you on delivery or collection — please inspect and power-on test within [7 days] and tell us about any problem promptly.
Missed deliveries & wrong address
The carrier will leave a card and reattempt or hold at a local depot/pickup point. Parcels unclaimed and returned to us can be resent for a further delivery charge. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
Tracking & problems
Your dispatch email includes tracking. If tracking hasn't updated for [2 working days], or a parcel is marked delivered but you don't have it, contact hello@nexuspcbuilds.co.uk with your order reference and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.
